Our energy-efficiency workshops were crafted with LumiraDX’s unique work environment in mind. Achievements
We ran multiple auctions for LumiraDX to secure the most cost-effective and enabling framework available, after appointing (ENGIE) Daily PX product, our risk team have delivered to date 33.6% under their synthetic cap and have saved on their previous contract cost of £1,680,332.86.
We have installed our live-time asset-level submetering solution across the estate for which there is no shutdown required to install. Not only have these highlighted inefficiencies across their estate and reduced their consumption by 13.8% in the last 3 months, but it has also isolated the usage of their sub-tenants.
This was then presented in white labelled formate for accurate rebilling of their tenant. LumiraDX still manages the costs, and the energy is in their name, but their mission was to provide the client with reassurance that they were not being overcharged for their energy, which we have now been able to provide.
